Since graduating from the Filmmaking Diploma in 2015, Avril has written produced and directed over 20 short films. She is currently working on a variety of film projects, installations, VR ideas; exploring the idea of the traditional film format and how we consume film. Her most recent VR docu-drama, ‘Last Moments’ was selected in the “top 3 future-gazing films” at Underwire Festival 2016 where she was also shortlisted for Best Director.
He graduated from the Filmmaking Diploma in 2006 and went immediately into a work placement at Icon Entertainment. He was plunged straight into story development and his script work there led directly to him taking up a role at Andy Serkis’ The Imaginarium Studios – Europe’s leading Performance Capture studio and production company (Star Wars, The Hobbit, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes). Will is now Head of Film at The Imaginarium.
Silvia is one of The London Film Academy’s most recent 2016 Filmmaking Diploma graduates. Silvia has already teamed up with fellow ex-LFA students and they are about to launch their own film company, Laderee Films. Silvia is currently working on a number of short films and music videos.
